4 Years of Bachelors Education

The bachelors degree I would like to obtain would be a bachelors degree of science in chemistry.  120 credits are needed to graduate with said degree.  The courses needed are as following:

  •  introductory physiology(1 of 6 choices) (4)
  • Calculus I (3)
  • Calculus II (4)
  • Multivariable Calculus (4)
  • Differential Equations (3)
  • Physics for scientists and engineers I (4)
  • Physics for scientists and engineers II (4)
  • Physics laboratory for scientists, I  (1)
  • Physics laboratory for scientists, II (1)
  • Comprehensive Biochemistry (1 of 2 choices) (4)
  • Honors Chemistry I & II ( 1 of two pairs of classes) (4 each)
  • Organic Chemistry I & II (3 each)
  • Organic Laboratory I & II (2 each)
  • Analytical/Physical Chemistry Laboratory (2)
  • Inorganic Chemistry (4)
  • Advanced Analytical Chemistry (3)
  • Analytical Chemistry Laboratory(2)
  • Quantum Chemistry (3)
  • Molecular Thermodynamics (3)
  •  Molecular Spectroscopy (2)
  • Advanced synthesis Laboratory (3)
Yes Michigan State accepts most AP course credits.  I am not taking any AP classes this year but next year I will be taking AP Micro & Macro Economics and AP Environmental Science.  Yes the credits from the classes will transfer over to the college.
